Deep tissue massage is a type of massage that involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. 
The aim is to release knots and realign the muscles and release chronic muscle tension from ailments or injuries.
Deep tissue massage is used to treat chronic pain and soft tissue injuries and improve stiffness in your muscles and joints and correct posture.

Cupping is an ancient therapy that involves mechanical suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It involves placing cups on the skin to create vacuum/ suction.
This modality has the ability to remove fascial restrictions and increase range of motion. It improves the blood flow to the area, relieves muscle tension and release of toxins.
Cupping leaves marks which can last upto 2-3 weeks.

TMJ (Jaw) Massage is a massage that helps with Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJD). These disorders are the conditions affecting the jaw and the surrounding muscles and ligaments. 
They are caused by multiple reasons like trauma, stress, incorrect posture, improper bite, clenching and grinding of teeth, arthritis, wear and tear to name a few. 
Symptoms include difficulty in chewing, pain in the jaw, toothache, headache, pain around the ears, fullness in the ears, ringing/ tinnitus in the ears, clicking/ popping sounds in the jaw. 
Treatment includes working on the face, neck, back and also inside of the mouth.

TMJ (Jaw) Massage Therapy

Postpartum massage is a full body massage that occurs within the first 3 months after you give birth to your baby. Other than the general benefits of massage therapy like pain relief, stress reduction and relaxation, postpartum massage benefits include reduced swelling, improved milk production, hormone regulation, reduced anxiety and depression and better sleep.
Abdominal massage or Belly massage is included in the treatment. It helps in optimal mental and physical recovery after birth.
if you have had a full term normal delivery you can start massages anytime you feel comfortable. 
If you have had a cesarean delivery, then you need to wait for 6 weeks to start your massages, Also it is advisable to consult your Doctor or your Gynae to make sure it is safe to do so.
