You will receive an email at the time of booking, an email reminder 2 days before and a text reminder 2 hours before the appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please take time to cancel your appointment. You can cancel it online or you can always contact me to cancel. I sincerely appreciate you giving me enough notice (atleast 24 hours). When you cancel on short notice, my livelihood is jeopardized. You are also taking an appointment away from someone else who could benefit from my care. MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment or have not notified me of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. you will be charged 50% of your cost of the treatment. No further appointment can be booked until the fee is paid. Please note that the invoice provided for the missed appointment mentions - “NO SHOW FEES” and can not be claimed as 'Massage Therapy Treatment' from your insurance.
